With a portfolio of more than 140 properties, distributed across 5 regions of the United States, we have local teams that manage our portfolio, in addition to having a solid relationship with local housing authorities.

What is Section 8
The housing voucher program, or Section 8, is a federal funded program that provides free rental assistance to low-income families, paying up to 100% of the rent, and is administrated by the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) since its 1974 and had a $32 billion budget in 2023.
