Our mission is to generate above-average and low-risk returns for our investors, 100% passive income, through the purchase and management of low-income properties in the United States, with rent payment guaranteed by the American government, in a program subsidy that has existed for almost 50 years, and which has never stopped being honored.
With a portfolio of more than 140 properties, distributed across 5 regions of the United States, we have local teams that manage our portfolio, in addition to having a solid relationship with local housing authorities.

What is Section 8

The housing voucher program, or Section 8, is a federal funded program that provides free rental assistance to low-income families, paying up to 100% of the rent, and is administrated by the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) since its 1974 and had a $32 billion budget in 2023.
