Michael has specialized in the acquisition of buy and hold real estate over the past 7 years, and has grown 32 brokerages in the South Florida market which have closed over 2 billion in real estate sales. Michael began his career in real estate as a private investor in Northern Colorado, acquiring fix and flip opportunities. After 4 years of investing in Colorado Michael moved his focus to South Florida, where we enabled real estate agents to open and operate their own brokerages focused on investment opportunities in the luxury market. With his capital and network of high net worth individuals, Michael shifted a large portion of his portfolio to government subsidized housing, leveraging his relationships with local municipalities and HUD. With over 3 years experience in the government housing sector his success and access to opportunities have provided a clear path for continued acquisitions
Joe Berlin

Joe Berlin is a distinguished real estate developer and entrepreneur with a specialized focus on housing development and architecture. Joe began his career as an Economic Statistician at Kronos Workforce Consulting, where he honed his skills in economic analysis. Working alongside industry giants like Lennar and Dr Horton, he specialized in forecasting housing trends across the U.S. Leveraging this extensive background, Joe founded his own housing development and architecture company, managing over $650 million in development projects, ranging from multi-family townhomes and apartments to prefab metal buildings. Currently overseeing $100-150 million in active projects, Joe’s comprehensive expertise spans from master planning and architectural design to the final product. This 360-degree understanding empowers him and his team to make highly informed real estate acquisition decisions, accurately forecasting future growth in targeted areas.
Bernardo Machado

Bernardo has vast experience in Capital Markets and Venture Capital and Private Equity in both the United States and Brazil. With over 15 years of experience, Bernardo has successfully exited 2 companies (Lumina Partners and Jump Brasil), and participated in the conception of 2 multi-million dollar businesses in the United States – as Head of Finance at Magnopus, an award winning Artificial Intelligence and Mixed Reality company with clients such as Apple, Meta, Microsoft, Disney; and as Managing Director at Iron Studios, an e-commerce business with licenses of Disney, Universal, Warner Bros. He has a solid personal relationship with prominent business owners, investors, and real estate developers in the United States and Brazil creating a superior deal flow, having allowed him to raise over $40 million in his career. Bernardo is a member of the Brazilian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (ABVCAP), and is an EB-1 (special abilities in business and venture capital) Green Card holder.

In working closely with local governments, contractors, and property managements teams, Alex has consistently driven high occupancy rates and optimized revenue streams across his portfolio and different markets.

With renowned certifications such as CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), Sophia specializes in selling high-end properties, both in Brazil and abroad, including markets such as Miami and Europe. On social media, Sophia has more than 1 million followers and is a reference in the sector, combining professional expertise with digital influence.
